3. Marathon Package:
   

   For students seeking intensive, focused support close to exam dates. This package is designed for those facing imminent exams, particularly popular with resit students. It provides comprehensive notes, targeted recap sessions, and a streamlined approach to ensure you’re fully prepared in a condensed timeframe.

   • SQE 1: A 17-week course covering one FLK module in one week. Price: £1,499.99.
   • SQE 2: An 11-week course covering one FLK module in one week. Price: £999.99.
4. Mock Essentials Package:

   For students who prefer self-study and independent exam practice. This package provides both questions and answers upfront, allowing for immediate self-review.

   • SQE 1: 25 multiple-choice questions in either FLK1 or FLK2. Price: £29.99 for one paper, or £49.99 for two papers.
   • SQE 2: 1 past paper question in any assessment type. Price: £39.99 per paper, or £199.99 for six papers.
5. Mock Plus Package:

   For students seeking self-study practice with expert feedback. This package includes mock questions with answers, followed by a tutor-led review session for targeted improvement.

   • SQE 1: 2 multiple-choice papers (25 questions each), followed by a one-hour feedback lesson. Price: £199.99.
   • SQE 2: 3 mock questions in any written assessment type, followed by a one-hour feedback lesson. Price: £199.99.
     2 mock questions in any oral assessment type, followed by a one-hour feedback lesson. Price: £299.99.

6. Notes Package:

   For students looking for high-quality and specially crafted notes designed to help you succeed. These notes are specifically structured for SQE learning and have a proven success rate with previous candidates.
   SQE 1

   • Individual Module: 1 set of notes in any individual FLK topic. Price: £40
   • FLK 1: All notes in each topics for the FLK 1 exam. Price: £349.99
   • FLK 2: All notes in each topics for the FLK 2 exam. Price: £279.99
   • FLK 1 + FLK 2 Bundle: 15 sets of notes in all topics for both exams. Price: £549.99.

SQE 2

1. Payment for Services

Clients are required to settle payment for tutoring services in full before the commencement of the first tutorial session. Failure to do so may result in the delay or cancellation of any scheduled sessions.

2. Payment Methods

We offer the convenience of settling fees through Stripe. Please note that all transactions are subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

3. Session Duration

Tutoring sessions are available in either half-hour or one-hour durations. We strive to accommodate our clients’ schedules to the best of our ability.

4. Late Attendance Policy

Clients are expected to arrive promptly for their scheduled sessions. A grace period of 15 minutes will be granted for late arrivals. If a client arrives beyond the designated time frame, the session will proceed as scheduled, and any missed time will not be compensated. In such cases, clients may need to book a new lesson to cover the full duration.

5. Review Time

Should clients require additional review or assistance outside of their tutoring sessions, such as essay evaluations or academic support, these services will be subject to an hourly rate.

6. Rescheduling Policy

To reschedule a session, clients must provide a minimum of 3 clear days’ notice. Failure to do so may result in the full charge for the session if it has already been scheduled. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to accommodate reasonable requests to the best of our ability.

7. Health Disclosure

Clients are encouraged to disclose any illnesses or conditions that may affect their studies before booking sessions. Failure to provide such information may impact the effectiveness of tutoring services, and refunds may not be issued in such cases.

8. Code of Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards disrespectful or aggressive behaviour directed towards our tutors or staff. Instances of such behaviour will result in the immediate cancellation of tutoring services without refund.

Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns or dissatisfaction with tutors or services to our Head of Academia. Proper channels for communication should be followed, and we are committed to addressing and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

9. Privacy Policy

Telephone conversations may be recorded for training and quality assurance purposes. We prioritise the confidentiality and security of our clients’ information and adhere to data protection regulations.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during tutoring sessions, including but not limited to lesson plans, worksheets, and proprietary teaching methods, are the intellectual property of A Star Tuition. Clients are strictly prohibited from sharing, reproducing, or distributing these materials without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use or sharing of materials may result in legal action, including reporting to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) for further investigation and potential disciplinary action. This will also lead to cancellation of any future sessions with no refund given.

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, mediation in England will be pursued before any recourse to jurisdictional courts.

12. Exam Success Disclaimer

While our tutors strive to provide high-quality tutoring services, we do not guarantee or accept liability for the results of any examinations or assessments. Success in exams depends on various factors, including individual effort and circumstances beyond our control. Our role is to provide guidance and support to enhance learning and academic skills, but ultimate exam outcomes are the responsibility of the client. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and accept these terms. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the materials we provide, we do not accept liability for any errors, omissions, or discrepancies that may be present. Clients are advised to use the materials as supplementary resources and to verify any critical information independently.

13. Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided after the delivery of a lesson. If a lesson has not yet been completed, clients may request a refund, provided they have given at least 3 clear days’ notice to reschedule. Failure to provide such notice will result in no refund being issued.

For the Gold, Marathon, or Bespoke Package students if a refund is requested before all sessions are completed, the refund amount will be calculated based on the number of lessons delivered, charged at the standard Adhoc lesson rate. Additionally, the cost of any electronic materials, preparation time and notes provided will be deducted from the refund to account for the premature termination of the package. Please note that this is at the discretion of your tutor.

14. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, as deemed necessary by the management of A Star Tuition. It is the responsibility of clients to regularly review the terms and conditions for any updates or modifications. Continued use of our tutoring services after the modification of terms implies acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
